I agree with this at about a 98% level. My only quibble is my sense that Trump is not as afraid of being prosecuted as he is of appearing like a loser, or feeling like one or being unable to escape the pain of others and himself seeing him as a loser. It appears to me that he doesn't have the reality based objectivity to imagine that anyone would ever try to convict him of crimes he's long gotten away with.
